Team Member Training
Our Team Members receive ongoing training in health and safety practices, including emergency response, first aid, fire safety, and incident prevention. This ensures our teams are fully prepared to maintain safety and respond effectively whenever needed.
Emergency Preparedness
Your safety is our top priority. In the event of an emergency, the fire alarm will sound immediately and continue for more than 2 minutes. Please evacuate your room calmly using the nearest exit and follow the clearly marked evacuation routes.
Proceed directly to the designated assembly point and await further instructions. If you notice an emergency before the alarm sounds, contact Reception at 26888700.
We provide Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (PEEPs) for guests with disabilities. If you require assistance, a staff member will provide help immediately to ensure a safe and orderly evacuation.
